TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Organiser

These terms apply to all events organised by Bollywood Brunch NL ("we", "us"). Questions? Email info@thebollywoodbrunch.com.

2. Tickets via Weeztix

All tickets are sold through our ticket provider Weeztix. By purchasing a ticket you also accept the terms and conditions of Weeztix.

Your ticket is personal and valid for the event, date and location stated on it.

3. No refunds

Purchased tickets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This also applies if you are unable to attend.

Want to be covered? During checkout at Weeztix you can buy tickets with ticket insurance. Claims on that insurance are handled by the insurer via Weeztix, not by us.

4. Cancellation or changes by us

If an event is cancelled by us, you will be informed via the email address used for your order and offered a suitable solution. We may change the programme, artists or menu if necessary.

5. Photos and videos

During our events we make photos and video recordings. By attending the event you agree that you may appear in these recordings and that we may use them for promotion on our website, social media and other channels.

Prefer not to be filmed or photographed prominently? Let our crew know at the venue and we will take this into account where possible.

6. Age and conduct

Our events are 18+. A valid ID may be requested at the entrance. The venue's house rules apply. We and the venue may refuse entry or remove guests who behave inappropriately, without refund.

7. Food and allergies

Menus include vegetarian options. Please inform us in advance about allergies; we cannot guarantee dishes are completely free of allergens.

8. Liability

Attending the event is at your own risk. We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except where required by law.
