What we collect

Signup: first name, last name, email, home city and an optional telephone number, used to manage your registration. Signing up does not subscribe you to the newsletter or reserve a ticket.

Newsletter: first name, last name, email and optionally your phone/WhatsApp number.

Contact form: your name, email and message.

Tickets: ticket orders are processed by Weeztix, our ticket provider. Weeztix handles your order and payment data under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

To send you updates about upcoming brunches (only if you signed up), to answer your questions and to organise our events. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Photos and videos at the venue

We make photos and videos during our events and use them on our website and social media. By attending you may appear in these images. Want a specific photo removed? Email us and we will remove it from our channels.

Storage and security

Your data is stored securely and only accessible to our team. We keep it no longer than needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

You can ask to view, correct or delete your data at any time. Email info@thebollywoodbrunch.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
